So wie versprochen einmal das Feedback, von Accor man hat mich zurück gerufen.
Ich hatte das ganze auch einmal ein bisschen hinterfragt, weil mir auch die gleiche Frage im den Kopf gekommen ist wie Johannes wie kann das nachvollzogen werden.
Accor sieht wohl bei der Buchung das man über den Link „https://mastercard-all.com“ die Buchung aufgerufen hat, obwohl man dann weiter nach „https://all.accor.com“ geleitet wird.
Wichtig: Ist halt das die Mastercard auf einen persönlich ausgestellt ist der Bucher und Übernachter ist die gleiche Person, der Aufenthalt muss mit der Mastercard bezahlt werden.
Es muss ein Hotel sein was an den Bonusprogramm teilnimmt, sprich das müsste ab Preisklasse Ibis classic bereits los gehen.
Das Guthaben kann halt für Essen, Trinken und Parken im Hotel verwendet werden.
Ich würde es so nun machen: Ich mache mir von den ganzen Buchungsvorgang nun Screenshots und weise den Hotel bereits beim Checkin auf die Aktion hin und das dich über den Link das ganze nun gebucht habe, bei Fragen sollen die das dann bitte direkt mit Accor klären, uns sobald die die Bestätigung von Accor erhalten haben sollen dir mir eine kurze Info zukommen lassen das es in Ordnung ist. So gibt es dann später auch keine Probleme beim Checkout und irgendwelche langwierigen Diskussionen.
Falls einer von euch grade unten in Asien ist nun ne Hotel braucht, wäre es super nett es mal über den Link zu buchen und dann einmal zu posten wie die Erfahrungen dann damit nun waren, ob es wirklich so klappt.
Der deutsche Kundenservice von Accor kannte die Aktion ja auch nicht, hatte sich aber nun informiert und mir das so bestätigt.
