Habt Ihr Erfahrung mit dem Hilton Status Match?
Ich versuche schon länger diesen durchzuführen, bekomme leider immer ein Ablehnung, weil irgendwelche Dokumente fehlen.
Proof of Status:
- A screenshot or photo of the members current membership status from their existing loyalty program with members name and status clearly visible
- Screenshot of members’ account summary page from their existing program (desktop or mobile) with members name and status clearly visible.
Proof of Stay Activity within the last 24 months:
- Copy of members most recent account statement from their existing program, showing property and date information relating to most recent stay.
- Invoice from the relevant property
- Note: We do not accept transactional invoices (i.e. purchases for items outside of room rates) for proof of stay activity.
- Documentation must prove that member had a minimum of one night at the same competitor their status is associated with.
Die Problematik ist die, dass die Status Match Registrierungs Webseite (https://www.hiltonhonors.com/en_US/status-match/landing/) keine PDF Dateien akzeptiert. (Nur Bilder) Bei Accor kann ich die Buchungshistorie nur als PDF exportieren.
